Blast Rocks Italian Munitions Factory South of Rome A massive explosion ripped through an Italian munitions factory in the early hours of yesterday morning, leaving destruction and chaos in its wake.
The blast occurred at around 3:45 am local time at the Azimut Munizioni facility in Guidonia Montecelio, approximately 15 miles southeast of Rome's city center.
According to reports from the Italian Carabinieri military police, multiple casualties were reported, with several people killed and injured.
